తెలంగాణలో పెట్టుబడుల వేగంపై సీఎం Revanth Reddy Investments సమీక్ష
తెలంగాణలో పారిశ్రామిక అభివృద్ధిని వేగవంతం చేసే దిశగా ప్రభుత్వం అడుగులు వేస్తోంది. వివిధ వేదికలపై కుదుర్చుకున్న అవగాహన ఒప్పందాల (MoUs) పురోగతిపై సీఎం Revanth Reddy Investments సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టిన సంస్థలకు ఎటువంటి ఆటంకాలు లేకుండా అనుమతులు ఇవ్వాలని, భూ కేటాయింపులను త్వరితగతిన పూర్తి చేయాలని ఆయన అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా సీఎం మాట్లాడుతూ, ఎంవోయూలు చేసుకున్న సంస్థలను మూడు రకాలుగా విభజించాలని సూచించారు. దేశ, విదేశీ దిగ్గజ సంస్థలకు మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తూనే, వేగంగా ఎదుగుతున్న సంస్థలకు కూడా తగిన ప్రోత్సాహం అందించాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. పెట్టుబడులు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో అమలయ్యేలా చూడటానికి నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ అవసరమని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు.
పెట్టుబడుల పర్యవేక్షణకు ప్రత్యేక డ్యాష్బోర్డు
భవిష్యత్తులో పెట్టుబడుల పర్యవేక్షణ కోసం ప్రత్యేక డ్యాష్బోర్డును ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సీఎం ఆదేశించారు. సీనియర్ ఐఏఎస్ అధికారి పర్యవేక్షణలో ఈ వ్యవస్థ పని చేయాలని, దీనివల్ల ప్రతి ప్రాజెక్టు పురోగతిని రియల్ టైమ్లో తెలుసుకోవచ్చని ఆయన తెలిపారు. ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో కార్యాలయాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసి, అక్కడ నుండే అన్ని అంశాలను సమీక్షించాలని సూచించారు.
డేటా సెంటర్ల ఏర్పాటు విషయంలో ఎస్టీపీల ద్వారా శుద్ధి చేసిన నీటిని వినియోగించుకోవాలని సీఎం అధికారులకు సూచించారు. అనుమతుల జారీలో జాప్యం లేకుండా, పారదర్శకంగా వ్యవహరించాలని, స్థానిక మార్కెట్ ధరలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని భూ కేటాయింపులు చేయాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఐటీ టవర్ల వినియోగంపై కూడా ఆయన కీలక సూచనలు చేశారు.

The Telangana government is taking steps to accelerate industrial growth in the state. The Chief Minister held a review on the progress of various MoUs, focusing on Revanth Reddy Investments development. He directed officials to ensure clearances are given without any obstacles and to complete land allocations quickly for the investing companies.
Speaking on the occasion, the CM suggested categorizing the companies that signed MoUs into three groups. He emphasized giving priority to leading national and international firms while providing support to fast-growing companies. He made it clear that constant monitoring is necessary to ensure that investments are implemented at the ground level.
Special Dashboard for Investment Monitoring
The CM ordered the establishment of a special dashboard for monitoring future investments. He stated that this system should work under the supervision of a senior IAS officer, allowing real-time tracking of each project’s progress. He suggested setting up an office in Future City to review all aspects from there.
In the matter of setting up data centers, the CM instructed officials to utilize treated water through STPs. He clarified that procedures should be transparent without delays in issuing clearances, and land allocations should be made keeping local market prices in mind. He also provided key suggestions on the utilization of IT towers.
