Ethical Governance Standards
Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka advised the newly selected Group-1 officers to work with dedication in public service. Speaking at the concluding ceremony of the training program at MCRHRD, he urged them to uphold ethical values and make decisions with a humanitarian perspective while maintaining administrative standards.
Officials should not succumb to any pressure and must ensure their integrity, which will eventually strengthen public trust in the government, he stated. The responsibility to implement the state government’s inclusive growth policies at the grassroots level lies with the officers, and the government’s reputation depends on their conduct.
They were told not to prioritize administrative pressure over the needs of the common man. Whether it is supporting a farmer, a student’s scholarship, or a patient’s health, every decision carries significant weight. By keeping these aspects in mind, officers can perform their duties effectively and ensure that the benefits of governance reach the targeted sections of society.
