తిరుమల పుణ్యక్షేత్రంలో భక్తుల రద్దీ తీవ్రస్థాయిలో కొనసాగుతోంది. తాజా Tirumala Darshan Update ప్రకారం, మే 1, శుక్రవారం నాడు మొత్తం 71,008 మంది భక్తులు శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వర స్వామిని దర్శించుకున్నారు. మే నెల ప్రారంభం మరియు వారాంతం కావడంతో తిరుమలకు భక్తుల రాక గణనీయంగా పెరిగింది. భక్తుల రద్దీ కారణంగా క్యూలైన్లు వైకుంఠం కంపార్ట్‌మెంట్లు దాటి బయటకు వచ్చాయి.

ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితుల దృష్ట్యా టోకెన్లు లేని భక్తులకు సర్వదర్శనం (Sarvadarshanam) కోసం సుమారు 24 గంటల సమయం పడుతోంది. ఎస్‌ఎస్‌డి (SSD) టోకెన్లు లేని భక్తులు కంపార్ట్‌మెంట్లు మరియు క్యూలైన్లలో రోజంతా వేచి ఉండాల్సి వస్తోంది. వేచి ఉన్న భక్తులకు ఎండ వేడి నుండి ఉపశమనం కల్పించేందుకు టీటీడీ అధికారులు నిరంతరం అన్నప్రసాదం, పాలు మరియు మంచినీటిని పంపిణీ చేస్తున్నారు.

Tirumala Crowd Status: 24-Hour Wait for Sarvadarshanam on May 1

As per the latest Tirumala Darshan Update, a total of 71,008 pilgrims visited Lord Venkateswara on May 1, 2026. The onset of May and the approaching weekend have resulted in a significant influx of devotees to the hill shrine. TTD officials are managing the massive queues that have extended well beyond the Vaikuntam compartments.

On Friday, 36,144 devotees performed the ritual of tonsure (offering hair) to fulfill their vows. The Hundi collections for the day were reported at ₹3.52 Crores. Due to the heavy rush, the physical queue lines have stretched outside the complex, reaching as far as the Bata Gangamma Temple area.

Estimated Wait Times

For pilgrims without SSD tokens, the approximate time for Sarvadarshanam (Free Darshan) is currently 24 hours. Devotees are having to wait for a full day in the compartments and outdoor lines. TTD is providing continuous services, including food, milk, and drinking water, to ensure the comfort of pilgrims waiting in the long queues during the summer heat.

With the weekend expected to draw even more crowds, officials advise pilgrims to be prepared for long wait times. TTD management continues to monitor the situation closely to facilitate a smooth experience for the thousands of devotees arriving at the temple.
