రైతులకు ఇబ్బంది కలగకుండా ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు ప్రక్రియ వేగవంతం చేయాలి: కలెక్టర్ బి. చంద్రశేఖర్
నల్గొండ జిల్లాలో ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు (Paddy Procurement) ప్రక్రియను మరింత వేగవంతం చేయాలని జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ బి. చంద్రశేఖర్ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాలకు ధాన్యం తెచ్చిన రైతులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు కలగకుండా, సీరియల్ నంబర్ల ప్రకారం వెంటనే కొనుగోలు చేయాలని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు. మంగళవారం తిప్పర్తి మండలంలోని ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాన్ని ఆయన ఆకస్మికంగా తనిఖీ చేసి, క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో అందుతున్న సేవలపై అసహనం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ధాన్యం తూకంలో జాప్యం జరగకుండా, వెంటనే మిల్లులకు తరలించేలా రవాణా ఏర్పాట్లు సిద్ధం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
జిల్లా వ్యాప్తంగా సుమారు 401 కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాలను ఏర్పాటు చేశామని, రైతులకు మద్దతు ధర అందేలా చూడటమే ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు చేసిన వెంటనే ఆ వివరాలను ఆన్లైన్లో నమోదు చేసి, నిర్ణీత సమయంలోగా రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో నగదు జమ అయ్యేలా చూడాలని పౌరసరఫరాల శాఖ అధికారులకు దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు.
నిబంధనల అతిక్రమణపై కఠిన చర్యలు కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాల్లో మౌలిక వసతుల కల్పనపై కలెక్టర్ ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించారు. తూకం యంత్రాలు, గన్నీ బ్యాగులు, టార్పాలిన్ కవర్లు అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలని సూచించారు. ధాన్యం తేమ శాతాన్ని పరిశీలించి, నాణ్యతా ప్రమాణాల ప్రకారం సేకరణ జరపాలని తెలిపారు. ఏవైనా కేంద్రాల్లో అక్రమాలు జరిగినా లేదా రైతులకు అన్యాయం జరిగినా బాధ్యులపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని హెచ్చరించారు.
రైతులు తమ ధాన్యాన్ని దళారులకు అమ్మి నష్టపోవద్దని, ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన కేంద్రాల్లోనే విక్రయించాలని కలెక్టర్ కోరారు. రబీ సీజన్ ధాన్యం సేకరణ సజావుగా సాగేందుకు అన్ని శాఖలు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాలని ఆయన పిలుపునిచ్చారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో అదనపు కలెక్టర్ మరియు ఇతర స్థానిక అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Nalgonda District Collector B. Chandrasekhar has directed officials to accelerate the Paddy Procurement process across the district. He emphasized that grain brought by farmers should be purchased immediately according to serial numbers to avoid any inconvenience. During a surprise inspection of the procurement center in Tipparthi mandal on Tuesday, he reviewed the ground-level operations. He ordered that the weighing process be completed swiftly and transport arrangements be kept ready to shift the grain to rice mills without delay.
The Collector stated that approximately 401 procurement centers have been set up in the district to ensure farmers receive the Minimum Support Price (MSP). He instructed Civil Supplies officials to record the purchase details online immediately and ensure that payments are credited to farmers’ accounts within the stipulated timeframe.
Strict Action Against Irregularities The Collector focused on providing basic infrastructure at the centers, including weighing machines, gunny bags, and tarpaulin covers. He advised officials to check the moisture content and collect grain as per quality standards. He warned of strict action against anyone found involved in irregularities or causing injustice to farmers at the centers.
He urged farmers not to sell their produce to middlemen at lower prices and to utilize the government-established centers. Collector Chandrasekhar called for coordination among all departments to ensure the smooth conduct of the Rabi paddy procurement. Additional Collector and other local officials were present during the inspection.
