Key party leaders Harish Rao, Boianpalli Vinod Kumar, and Vaddiraju Ravichandra participated in these meetings. They sought guidance from legal counsel on how to effectively address the legal challenges expected in the coming days.
BRS Legal Strategy in Supreme Court With the High Court verdict on the Kaleshwaram Commission expected soon, the BRS leaders focused on drafting a roadmap should the judgment be unfavorable. They discussed the urgency and technicalities of filing a Special Leave Petition (SLP) to challenge the ruling, emphasizing a strategic approach to the legal battle ahead.
The delegation also held significant discussions regarding the defections of party MLAs. Citing the 10th Schedule and precedents from Manipur and Goa cases, legal experts advised the team on the arguments to be presented in court. The BRS leadership reaffirmed its commitment to continuing the legal fight for the disqualification of the defecting MLAs.
