ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో పారిశ్రామిక అభివృద్ధిని పరుగులు పెట్టించేలా AP Industrial Corridors వెంట కొత్తగా మరో 30 ఇండస్ట్రియల్ క్లస్టర్లను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. గతంలో ఉన్న 20 క్లస్టర్లకు ఇవి తోడవ్వడంతో మొత్తం క్లస్టర్ల సంఖ్య 50కి చేరనుంది. ఈ మేరకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిపాదనలను కేంద్రానికి పంపడమే కాకుండా, దాదాపు 1.31 లక్షల ఎకరాల భూమిని కూడా గుర్తించింది.

జిల్లాల వారీగా క్లస్టర్ల విభజన మరియు భూసేకరణ
రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా వివిధ జిల్లాల్లో ఈ క్లస్టర్ల కోసం భూములను గుర్తించారు. అత్యధికంగా తిరుపతి జిల్లాలో 5, విశాఖలో 4, చిత్తూరులో 4 క్లస్టర్లు రానున్నాయి. నెల్లూరు, అనంతపురం, కడప జిల్లాల్లో తలా 3 క్లస్టర్లు, శ్రీకాకుళం మరియు ప్రకాశం జిల్లాల్లో రెండేసి చొప్పున ప్లాన్ చేశారు. కృష్ణా, గుంటూరు, కర్నూలు మరియు శ్రీసత్యసాయి జిల్లాల్లో ఒక్కో క్లస్టర్ చొప్పున ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వం గుర్తించిన 1.31 లక్షల ఎకరాల్లో ఇప్పటికే గణనీయమైన విస్తీర్ణాన్ని సేకరించడం విశేషం.
ముఖ్యంగా తీర ప్రాంతం వెంబడి 15 క్లస్టర్లు, ముంపు భూములను వినియోగించుకుంటూ మరో 15 క్లస్టర్లను ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నారు. తీర ప్రాంతంలో లభించే 56,608 ఎకరాల్లో ఇప్పటికే 36,434 ఎకరాలు సేకరించారు. ఇక్కడ ప్రధానంగా మారిటైమ్ మరియు ఎగుమతి ఆధారిత పరిశ్రమలకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వనున్నారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చే నిధులతో పాటు రాష్ట్ర వాటా కలిపి ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా పట్టాలెక్కించనున్నారు.

The Andhra Pradesh government has unveiled an ambitious plan to establish 30 new industrial clusters along the AP Industrial Corridors. This initiative will bring the total count of industrial clusters in the state to 50, supplementing the existing 20. The state authorities have already submitted detailed proposals to the central government and identified approximately 1.31 lakh acres of land across various districts to facilitate this massive industrial expansion.
The project focuses on three major routes: Vizag-Chennai, Chennai-Bangalore, and Hyderabad-Bangalore corridors. Strategic nodes in districts like Tirupati, Chittoor, Anantapur, and Kurnool are being developed to ensure seamless connectivity with neighboring economic hubs. By integrating these clusters with primary interstate highways and ports, the government aims to create a robust ecosystem for manufacturing and logistics, significantly boosting the state’s GDP.
Strategic Land Utilization and Regional Growth
The distribution of these clusters is spread strategically across the state to ensure balanced regional development. Tirupati leads with 5 proposed clusters, followed by Visakhapatnam and Chittoor with 4 each. Districts like Nellore, Anantapur, and Kadapa will host 3 clusters each, while others like Srikakulam and Prakasam are slated for two. This geographical spread is designed to tap into local resources and manpower effectively.
A significant portion of the plan involves utilizing coastal and submerged lands for industrial purposes. Out of the 56,608 acres identified along the coastline, over 36,000 acres have already been acquired. The government intends to promote maritime-related industries in these zones to leverage AP’s long coastline. With financial backing from the Centre and a matching share from the state, these clusters are expected to become the new engines of growth for Andhra Pradesh.
