హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు సుదీర్ఘ కాలంగా ఎదురుచూస్తున్న బదిలీల ప్రక్రియకు సర్కార్ ఎట్టకేలకు పచ్చజెండా ఊపింది. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా సాధారణ బదిలీలకు (General Transfers) అనుమతినిస్తూ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారికంగా జీవో విడుదల చేసింది. Telangana Government Employee Transfers 2026 లో భాగంగా ఈ బదిలీలు పారదర్శకమైన రీతిలో, కౌన్సెలింగ్ పద్ధతిలో నిర్వహించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ప్రధానంగా ఒకే చోట రెండేళ్ల సర్వీసు పూర్తి చేసుకున్న వారికి బదిలీకి అవకాశం కల్పిస్తూ, నాలుగేళ్లు పూర్తి చేసుకున్న వారికి తప్పనిసరిగా బదిలీ చేయాలని ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.బదిలీల మార్గదర్శకాలు:ఈ బదిలీల ప్రక్రియలో భార్యాభర్తల కేటగిరీ (Spouse Case), అనారోగ్య సమస్యలు మరియు వితంతువులకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వనున్నారు. బదిలీలు కోరుకునే అభ్యర్థులు ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. విద్యాశాఖ, వైద్యారోగ్య శాఖ మరియు పోలీసు శాఖలలో బదిలీల కోసం ప్రత్యేక నిబంధనలను రూపొందించారు. గతంలో ఉన్న జోనల్ సమస్యలను (317 జీవో వంటివి) పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని, ఎవరికీ అన్యాయం జరగకుండా ఈ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. నిర్ణీత కాలవ్యవధిలోనే ఈ బదిలీల ప్రక్రియను పూర్తి చేసి, పాలనను మరింత వేగవంతం చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది.
