అమరావతి: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ మరియు విద్యా ప్రవేశాల్లో పారదర్శకత కోసం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం స్థానికత (Local Status) నిబంధనలను సవరిస్తూ కీలక ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. AP New Local Status Rules 2026 ప్రకారం, ఇకపై రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలలో 95 శాతం పోస్టులు కేవలం స్థానిక అభ్యర్థులకే రిజర్వ్ చేయబడతాయి. మిగిలిన 5 శాతం పోస్టులు మాత్రమే ఓపెన్ కేటగిరీ కింద అందరికీ అందుబాటులో ఉంటాయి. ఈ నిర్ణయం వల్ల లక్షలాది మంది స్థానిక నిరుద్యోగులకు మేలు జరగనుంది.కొత్త నిబంధనల ముఖ్యాంశాలు:విద్యా అర్హత ప్రాతిపదిక: అభ్యర్థి స్థానికతను నిర్ణయించడానికి వరుసగా 4 ఏళ్ల పాటు ఒకే ప్రాంతంలో చదువుకోవడం లేదా నివసించడం ప్రాతిపదికగా తీసుకోబడుతుంది. గతంలో ఉన్న 7 ఏళ్ల నిబంధనలో కొన్ని మార్పులు చేస్తూ, విద్యాసంస్థల్లో ప్రవేశాలకు 4 ఏళ్ల నిరంతర విద్యాభ్యాసాన్ని ప్రాధాన్యతగా తీసుకుంటున్నారు.జోనల్ వ్యవస్థ: రాష్ట్రం ఆరు జోన్లు మరియు మల్టీ-జోన్లుగా విభజించబడింది. పే స్కేల్ ఆధారంగా పోస్టులను జిల్లా, జోనల్ మరియు మల్టీ-జోనల్ స్థాయిలలో కేటాయించనున్నారు.మినహాయింపులు: ఏపీ సెక్రటేరియట్, హెడ్ ఆఫ్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ (HOD) కార్యాలయాలు మరియు రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి సంస్థలకు ఈ స్థానిక రిజర్వేషన్ నిబంధనల నుండి మినహాయింపు ఉంటుంది.వలస అభ్యర్థులు: తెలంగాణ నుండి ఏపీకి వలస వచ్చిన వారి స్థానికత ధృవీకరణ కోసం ప్రత్యేక దరఖాస్తు ఫారాలను ప్రభుత్వం అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చింది.
