Viksit Bharat 2047: కేంద్ర మంత్రిమండలి కీలక సమావేశం!

న్యూఢిల్లీ: దేశ ప్రజల జీవన ప్రమాణాలను మెరుగుపరచడం, వ్యాపార అనుకూలతలను పెంపొందించడమే లక్ష్యంగా ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ నేతృత్వంలో కేంద్ర మంత్రిమండలి (Council of Ministers) కీలక సమావేశం నిర్వహించింది. గురువారం సాయంత్రం నాలుగు గంటలపాటు సుదీర్ఘంగా సాగిన ఈ సమావేశం అత్యంత ఫలప్రదంగా జరిగిందని ప్రధానమంత్రి స్వయంగా వెల్లడించారు. ఈ ఏడాది జరిగిన మొదటి మంత్రిమండలి సమావేశంలో సరికొత్త సంస్కరణలపై విస్తృతంగా చర్చించారు.

ఈ ఉన్నత స్థాయి భేటీలో కేబినెట్ మంత్రులు, స్వతంత్ర హోదా కలిగిన రాష్ట్ర మంత్రులతో పాటు కీలక శాఖల కార్యదర్శులు పాల్గొన్నారు. 2047 నాటికి భారతదేశాన్ని సంపూర్ణంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందిన దేశంగా (Viksit Bharat 2047) తీర్చిదిద్దడమే ఏకైక లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకోవాలని మోదీ మంత్రులకు దిశా నిర్దేశం చేశారు. గతాన్ని మర్చిపోయి భవిష్యత్తు లక్ష్యాలపైనే దృష్టి పెట్టాలని ఆయన ఈ సందర్భంగా స్పష్టం చేశారు.

సంస్కరణల వేగం పెరగాలి

ప్రభుత్వ పాలనలో ప్రజలకు గరిష్ఠ సౌకర్యం కల్పించడమే ప్రధాన ధ్యేయంగా ఉండాలని ప్రధాని మోదీ స్పష్టం చేశారు. ప్రభుత్వ సంక్షేమ పథకాలు అర్హులైన ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ అందేలా చూడాలని, ప్రజల దైనందిన జీవితంలో ప్రభుత్వ అనవసర జోక్యం అస్సలు ఉండకూడదని ఆయన ఆదేశించారు. పరిపాలనలో ఎక్కడా ఫైళ్లు నిలిచిపోకుండా వేగంగా నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలని ఉద్ఘాటించారు.

రాబోయే రోజుల్లో ‘Ease of Living’ మరియు ‘Ease of Doing Business’ రంగాలలో విప్లవాత్మక మార్పులు తీసుకురావడానికి ఈ సమావేశంలో వ్యూహాలు రచించారు. పశ్చిమ ఆసియా సంక్షోభం కారణంగా ఏర్పడుతున్న ఇంధన కొరతను ఎదుర్కొనేందుకు ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఇంధన వనరులపై, ముఖ్యంగా బయోగ్యాస్ ఉత్పత్తిపై దృష్టి సారించాలని మంత్రులకు మరియు అధికారులకు ప్రధాని సూచించారు.

ఈ సుదీర్ఘ సమావేశంలో భాగంగా విదేశాంగ మంత్రి ఎస్. జైశంకర్, ఇటీవలి కాలంలో ప్రధాని మోదీ జరిపిన యూఏఈ, నెదర్లాండ్స్, స్వీడన్, నార్వే, ఇటలీ పర్యటనల వివరాలపై ప్రత్యేక ప్రెజెంటేషన్ ఇచ్చారు. దీంతోపాటు వివిధ కీలక శాఖలకు చెందిన తొమ్మిది మంది కార్యదర్శులు తమ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖల ప్రగతిని, అమలు చేస్తున్న సంస్కరణలను వివరించారు.

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday stated that he had a highly fruitful meeting with his Council of Ministers, where extensive discussions took place on enhancing ‘Ease of Living’ and ‘Ease of Doing Business’. The comprehensive meeting, which lasted for over four hours on Thursday evening, was the first gathering of the entire council this year, aimed at accelerating next-generation governance reforms.

The Prime Minister urged his cabinet colleagues and ministers to lock their targets onto the year 2047, marking the centenary of India’s independence, to transform the nation into a fully developed country (Viksit Bharat 2047). He emphasized that the ultimate goal of governance must always be to bring comfort to the common citizens’ lives and eliminate unwanted bureaucratic interference.

Accelerating Future Goals (Ease of Doing Business)

Addressing the council, PM Modi stated that it is time to look forward rather than dwelling on past achievements. He stressed that even though the government has been in office since 2014, the current focus in 2026 must completely shift toward upcoming milestones. He explicitly instructed that there should be zero pendency in government tasks to ensure fast decision-making.

Furthermore, amid global energy disruptions and inflation challenges caused by the ongoing West Asia geopolitical crisis, the Prime Minister advised the ministers to explore alternative energy paths, such as boosting local biogas production, to protect the domestic economy and aid the general public during supply constraints.

Key Presentations on Reforms and Global Ties

During the intense four-hour session, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar gave an informative presentation on PM Modi’s successful multi-nation tour to the UAE, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Italy. Following this, nine top government secretaries, alongside Cabinet Secretary T V Somanathan and Niti Aayog member Rajiv Gauba, presented progress roadmaps of various public-centric measures.

This critical strategic review comes on the heels of the BJP’s massive electoral success in the West Bengal and Assam assembly elections, along with returning to power in Puducherry. The Prime Minister’s firm mandate to the council highlights a proactive shift toward major administrative deregulation and intensified welfare delivery across India.
