తిరుమల పుణ్యక్షేత్రం భక్తుల జనసంద్రంతో కిటకిటలాడుతోంది. తాజా Tirumala Darshan Update ప్రకారం, మే 16, శనివారం నాడు ఏకంగా 90,011 మంది భక్తులు కలియుగ దైవం శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామిని దర్శించుకున్నారు. వేసవి సెలవులకు తోడు వారాంతపు సెలవు రోజు కావడంతో దేశం నలుమూలల నుండి భక్తులు తిరుమల గిరులకు పోటెత్తారు. స్వామివారి నామస్మరణతో ఏడుకొండలు మార్మోగుతున్నాయి.

As per the latest Tirumala Darshan Update, a massive 90,011 pilgrims visited Lord Venkateswara on May 16, 2026. The hill shrine is witnessing a huge surge in devotees due to the combined effect of the ongoing summer holidays and the weekend. TTD management has deployed extra personnel to regulate the heavy influx of pilgrims effectively.

On Saturday, 39,083 devotees performed the ritual of tonsure (offering hair) as part of their vows. The temple’s Hundi collections reached ₹3.76 Crores for the day. Due to the high volume of visitors, the physical queue lines have stretched significantly outside the Vaikuntam compartments, reaching up to the Silathoranam area.

For pilgrims without SSD tokens, the approximate time for Sarvadarshanam (Free Darshan) is currently 16 to 18 hours. Although there is a slight decrease in wait times from the previous 24-hour mark, the outdoor lines remain extensive. TTD has intensified its efforts to provide essential amenities, including food, water, buttermilk, and milk, to the thousands of devotees waiting in the queues.

The rush is expected to remain high throughout Sunday as well. Pilgrims are advised to be prepared for the long wait times and the summer heat while visiting the shrine.
