నాగలాపురంలో వైభవంగా Nagalapuram Pushpayagam మహోత్సవం
నాగలాపురంలోని ప్రసిద్ధ శ్రీ వేదనారాయణ స్వామి వారి ఆలయంలో జూన్ 5వ తేదీన Nagalapuram Pushpayagam మహోత్సవం అత్యంత వైభవంగా నిర్వహించనున్నారు. మే నెలలో జరిగిన వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు, నిత్యకైంకర్యాల సందర్భంగా అర్చకులు, భక్తుల వల్ల తెలియక జరిగిన ఏవైనా లోపాలకు ప్రాయశ్చిత్తంగా ఈ పవిత్ర పుష్పయాగ మహోత్సవాన్ని నిర్వహించడం ఇక్కడి ఆనవాయితీగా వస్తోంది. ఈ వేడుకను పురస్కరించుకుని ఆలయ ప్రాంగణం మొత్తం రంగురంగుల సుగంధ పుష్పాలు, భక్తిరస వాతావరణంతో ఆధ్యాత్మిక కాంతిని సంతరించుకోనుంది.
ఈ పవిత్ర మహోత్సవంలో పాల్గొనేందుకు ఆలయ అధికారులు ప్రత్యేక ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నారు. గృహస్తులు ఇద్దరు కలిసి రూ.750/- టికెట్ ద్వారా ఈ విశేష పుష్పయాగ సేవలో పాల్గొని స్వామివారి కృపకు పాత్రులు కావచ్చని అధికారులు ప్రకటించారు. ఈ ఆధ్యాత్మిక వేడుక భక్తులకు కనువిందు చేయడమే కాకుండా, మానసిక ప్రశాంతతను, ఆనందాన్ని ఇస్తుందని ఆలయ నిర్వాహకులు వెల్లడించారు.
అంకురార్పణ మరియు స్నపన తిరుమంజనం
ఈ Nagalapuram Pushpayagam వేడుకలకు సంబంధించి జూన్ 4వ తేదీ సాయంత్రం 6.15 గంటల నుండి రాత్రి 7.45 గంటల వరకు పుణ్యాహవచనం, రక్షాబంధనం కార్యక్రమాలు శాస్త్రోక్తంగా నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఆ తర్వాత మృత్సంగ్రాహణం, సేనాధిపతి ఉత్సవం, పుష్పయాగ అంకురార్పణ కార్యక్రమాలు అత్యంత భక్తిశ్రద్ధలతో జరగనున్నాయి. ఈ ప్రాథమిక పూజల ద్వారా ఆలయంలో పవిత్ర ఉత్సవ వాతావరణం మొదలవుతుంది.
మరుసటి రోజు అనగా జూన్ 5వ తేదీ ఉదయం 11 గంటలకు స్వామివారికి విశేషంగా స్నపన తిరుమంజనం కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహిస్తారు. వైదిక మంత్రోచ్ఛారణల మధ్య జరిగే ఈ పవిత్ర స్నాన ఘట్టాన్ని తిలకించేందుకు భక్తులు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో తరలివచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంది. అనంతరం స్వామివారిని పుష్పార్చనకు సిద్ధం చేస్తారు.
పుష్పయాగం మరియు వీధి ఉత్సవం
జూన్ 5 మధ్యాహ్నం 3 గంటల నుండి సాయంత్రం 5.30 గంటల వరకు భక్తి శ్రద్ధల మధ్య Nagalapuram Pushpayagam ఘనంగా నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఈ మహోత్సవంలో వివిధ రకాల సుగంధ పుష్పాలు, పవిత్ర పత్రాలతో స్వామివారికి మరియు అమ్మవార్లకు విశేష అభిషేకాలు సమర్పిస్తారు. టన్నుల కొద్దీ పూలతో జరిగే ఈ అర్చన ఆలయ వాతావరణాన్ని పరవశింపజేస్తుంది.
పుష్పయాగం ముగిసిన అనంతరం సాయంత్రం 6.30 గంటల నుండి రాత్రి 8 గంటల వరకు స్వామివారి వీధి ఉత్సవం భక్తులను అలరించనుంది. సర్వాంగ సుందరంగా అలంకరించిన వాహనంపై స్వామివారు పురవీధుల్లో విహరిస్తూ భక్తులకు దర్శనమివ్వనున్నారు. ఈ అద్భుత ఆధ్యాత్మిక వేడుకను దర్శించుకోవడానికి భక్తులు భారీగా తరలిరానున్నారు.

The sacred Nagalapuram Pushpayagam festival will be celebrated with grand religious fervor at the Sri Veda Narayana Swamy temple on June 5. This annual festival is performed as a seek for pardon for any omissions or commissions committed unwittingly by priests, officials, or devotees during the annual Brahmotsavams held from May 1 to 9. The temple premises will be beautifully adorned with various aromatic flowers for this event.
Devotees can participate in this celestial ritual by purchasing a cumulative ticket priced at Rs. 750/- for a couple. The temple administration has made elaborate arrangements to ensure smooth darshan and comfortable seating for the public who come to witness this divine and colourful floral festival.
Ankurarpanam and Snapana Tirumanjanam
In connection with the Nagalapuram Pushpayagam, the religious rituals will commence on the evening of June 4. Vedic rituals like Punyahavachanam, Rakshabandhanam, Mritsangrahanam, and Senadhipathi Utsavam will be performed methodically, followed by the formal Ankurarpanam (seed sowing ritual) between 6:15 PM and 7:45 PM.
On June 5, the main day of the festival, the holy Snapana Tirumanjanam (celestial bath) will be rendered to the processional deities at 11:00 AM amid the chanting of Vedic hymns. This elaborate bathing ritual prepares the deities for the grand floral abhishekam that takes place later in the afternoon.
Flower Ritual and Street Procession
The main event of Nagalapuram Pushpayagam will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM on June 5 with religious ecstasy. Varieties of traditional and aromatic flowers, along with sacred leaves, will be offered to the deities in a spectacular manner. The entire sanctum will be filled with divine fragrance during this unique ritual.
Following the floral offerings, a grand street procession (Veedhi Utsavam) of the deities will be held from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The processional deities will be taken around the four streets surrounding the temple, allowing local devotees to offer prayers and receive blessings.
