Minister Kinjarapu Atchannaidu Rayalaseema Horticulture Hub Plan 2026 తాజా అధికారిక ప్రకటన ప్రకారం.. రాయలసీమ సమీకృత ఉద్యాన అభివృద్ధి ప్రణాళిక (Integrated Horticulture Development Plan) అమలుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం జీవో జారీ చేసింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా మంత్రి కింజరాపు అచ్చెన్నాయుడు మాట్లాడుతూ, ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు విజనరీ పాలనతో రాయలసీమను దేశంలోనే అతిపెద్ద హార్టికల్చర్ హబ్గా మార్చేందుకు సమగ్ర కార్యాచరణ సిద్ధం చేశామని వెల్లడించారు. పండ్ల తోటల పెంపకం, ఆధునిక కూరగాయల సాగు, సుగంధ ద్రవ్య పంటల విస్తరణతో పాటు అత్యాధునిక డ్రిప్ ఇరిగేషన్ సాంకేతికతను ఈ ప్రాంతంలో భారీగా ప్రవేశపెట్టబోతున్నట్లు స్పష్టం చేశారు.

2030 నాటికి 14.41 లక్షల హెక్టార్లే లక్ష్యం: రాయలసీమ ప్రాంత వాతావరణం, నేలలు ఉద్యాన పంటల సాగుకు ఎంతో అనుకూలమైనవని గుర్తించిన ప్రభుత్వం, రైతులకు స్థిరమైన ఆదాయం అందించేలా ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించింది. ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్రంలో 8.41 లక్షల హెక్టార్లలో ఉద్యాన పంటల సాగు జరుగుతుండగా.. దీనిని 2030 నాటికి 14.41 లక్షల హెక్టార్లకు పెంచాలనే ప్రతిష్టాత్మక లక్ష్యాన్ని నిర్దేశించుకున్నట్లు మంత్రి తెలిపారు. ఇందులో భాగంగానే రాయలసీమలోని నాలుగు జిల్లాలలో పెద్ద ఎత్తున కోల్డ్ స్టోరేజీలు (శీతలీకరణ గిడ్డంగులు), గ్రేడింగ్ సెంటర్లు మరియు ఫుడ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్ (ఆహార శుద్ధి) పరిశ్రమల యూనిట్లను నెలకొల్పనున్నారు. గత ప్రభుత్వాల నిర్లక్ష్యం వల్ల దెబ్బతిన్న సీమ వ్యవసాయ రంగాన్ని ఆధునిక సాంకేతికతతో మళ్లీ వికాస పథంలోకి తీసుకువస్తామని అచ్చెన్నాయుడు భరోసా ఇచ్చారు.
రైతులకు అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెటింగ్ సదుపాయాలు: ఈ నూతన ఉద్యాన ప్రణాళిక ద్వారా కేవలం పంటల సాగు పెంచడమే కాకుండా, పండించిన ఉత్పత్తులకు అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెట్లలో మంచి గిరాకీ వచ్చేలా ఎగుమతి అనుకూల విధానాలను (Export-friendly policies) కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకురానుంది. దీనివల్ల మధ్యవర్తుల బెడద తప్పి సీమ రైతులకు గిట్టుబాటు ధర లభించడమే కాకుండా, గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని యువతకు ఫుడ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్ రంగంలో పెద్దఎత్తున ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు లభిస్తాయని మంత్రి వివరించారు. “రైతు బాగుంటేనే రాష్ట్రం బాగుంటుంది అనే సంకల్పంతో సీఎం చంద్రబాబు గారి నాయకత్వంలో మా ప్రభుత్వం నిరంతరం శ్రమిస్తోంది. రాయలసీమ ఆర్థిక ప్రగతికి ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ ఒక బలమైన పునాదిగా నిలుస్తుంది” అని అచ్చెన్నాయుడు ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

Agriculture and Horticulture Minister Kinjarapu Atchannaidu stated that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s long-term visual roadmap aims to elevate the historically drought-prone districts into a premier national cluster for premium cash crops, smart micro-irrigation systems, and organized agri-processing setups.
Targeting 14.41 Lakh Hectares of Cultivation by 2030: Evaluating the ecological landscape of Rayalaseema, the state administration has prioritized high-value commercial yield frameworks over conventional low-income cropping patterns. Minister Atchannaidu revealed that while the state’s total horticulture cultivation area currently stands at 8.41 lakh hectares, the government is aggressively pushing to scale it up to an ambitious 14.41 lakh hectares by the terminal year of 2030. To absorb and process this exponential volume of raw yield, the approved plan features structured financial grants for establishing modern cold storage grids, centralized supply-chain logistics, localized crop-grading modules, and automated food-processing units across the region, correcting the systematic policy stagnation of the previous term.
Empowering Farmers with Global Export Grids: Beyond ground-level field production, the secondary core parameter of this development plan involves setting up state-backed international marketing linkages to eradicate exploitative middleman loops. Minister Atchannaidu emphasized that the implementation of standardized, export-centric trade channels will enable local farmers to directly dispatch premium produce to global markets, ensuring unprecedented profit margins. Furthermore, the aggressive rollout of food-processing industries is projected to generate large-scale agro-industrial employment blocks for regional rural youth. “Our governance is firmly aligned with the economic upliftment of agrarian households. Transforming Rayalaseema into an agricultural powerhouse is vital for the balanced development of Andhra Pradesh,” the Minister concluded.
