అమరావతి: అభివృద్ధి అనేది కేవలం ఒకరి వల్ల సాధ్యం కాదని, టీమ్ వర్క్ ద్వారానే అద్భుతాలు సృష్టించగలమని ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు స్పష్టం చేశారు. గురువారం సచివాలయంలో జరిగిన CM Chandrababu Naidu 7th Collectors Conference 2026 లో ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ.. ఇకపై ‘నేను’ అనే పదానికి స్వస్తి చెప్పి ‘మనం’ అనే భావనతో ముందుకు సాగుదామని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. ఈ మార్పును తన నుంచే ప్రారంభిస్తున్నట్లు ఆయన ప్రకటించడం విశేషం.

సింగపూర్ మోడల్ – 90 రోజుల కార్యాచరణ: ప్రపంచంలోనే అత్యుత్తమ పాలనా విధానాలు కలిగిన సింగపూర్ దేశాన్ని స్ఫూర్తిగా తీసుకోవాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని ఒక జిల్లాను ఎంపిక చేసి, అక్కడ సింగపూర్ తరహా ఉత్తమ విధానాలను అమలు చేయాలని, దీని కోసం 90 రోజుల ప్రత్యేక యాక్షన్ ప్లాన్ సిద్ధం చేయాలని కలెక్టర్లను ఆదేశించారు. క్షేత్రస్థాయి అధికారుల అనుభవాన్ని గౌరవిస్తూ, వారిని అభివృద్ధిలో భాగస్వామ్యం చేయాలని కోరారు. జిల్లాల మధ్య, నియోజకవర్గాల మధ్య ఆరోగ్యకరమైన పోటీ ఉండాలని ఆయన ఆకాంక్షించారు.
టూరిజం మరియు ఆర్థికాభివృద్ధి: రాష్ట్ర జీఎస్డీపీ (GSDP) వృద్ధిలో కలెక్టర్ల పాత్ర కీలకమని, సర్వీస్ సెక్టార్పై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ తీరప్రాంతాన్ని సద్వినియోగం చేసుకునేలా సూర్యలంక, మంగినపూడి, విశాఖ, మైపాడు వంటి ప్రాంతాల్లో బీచ్ ఫ్రంట్లను అభివృద్ధి చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. తద్వారా స్థానికులకు ఉపాధి పెరగడమే కాకుండా రాష్ట్ర ఆదాయం కూడా పెరుగుతుందని వివరించారు. టెక్నాలజీ అందుబాటులో ఉన్న ఈ కాలంలో కలెక్టర్లు మరింత సమర్థవంతంగా పనిచేసి ‘విజన్ 2047’ లక్ష్యాలను చేరుకోవాలని దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు.

Amaravati: Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the importance of collective effort and shared responsibility during the CM Chandrababu Naidu 7th Collectors Conference 2026 held at the State Secretariat on Thursday. Introducing a new mantra, “Not Me.. But We,” the CM urged officials to shift from an individualistic approach to teamwork to accelerate the state’s progress. He stated that he would lead by example by adopting this collaborative mindset in his daily governance.
Implementing the Singapore Model: In a major policy announcement, the CM directed officials to select one district as a pilot project to implement the best administrative practices from Singapore. He ordered the preparation of a rigorous 90-day action plan to replicate the efficiency and public trust seen in the Singaporean model. Highlighting the disparity in growth across regions, he pointed to the successful value addition in the coffee sector in Alluri district as a model for boosting GSDP.
Focus on Tourism and Logistics: The Chief Minister highlighted that tourism-driven districts could potentially generate the highest revenue. He directed Collectors to develop beach fronts in areas like Suryalanka, Manginapudi, Visakhapatnam, and Mypadu to unlock local economic opportunities. Furthermore, he encouraged the development of logistics hubs and townships along the new national highways. “With technology at your fingertips and smaller district jurisdictions, Collectors today have the best opportunity to deliver transparent welfare and rapid development,” he added during the sessions on GSDP projections and service sector growth.
