అమరావతి, మే 5: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధిలో కీలకమైన Chandrababu Naidu NABARD Credit Plan AP 2026-27 స్టేట్ ఫోకస్ పేపర్ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మంగళవారం ఆవిష్కరించారు. రాబోయే ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరానికి (2026-27) గాను నాబార్డు మొత్తం రూ.5,11,491 కోట్ల రుణ ప్రణాళికను అంచనా వేసింది. గత ఏడాదితో (రూ.4.24 లక్షల కోట్లు) పోలిస్తే ఈసారి 20 శాతం మేర రుణ అంచనాలను పెంచడం విశేషం.

రైతులకు, అనుబంధ రంగాలకు పెద్దపీట: ఈ భారీ రుణ ప్రణాళికలో సాగు రంగానికి అత్యధికంగా రూ.2.55 లక్షల కోట్లు కేటాయించారు. ఇందులో పంట రుణాల కోసం రూ.1.66 లక్షల కోట్లు, పశుసంవర్ధక శాఖకు రూ.34,972 కోట్లు, మత్స్య రంగానికి (Fisheries) రూ.21,098 కోట్లు కేటాయించారు. అలాగే ఎంఎస్ఎంఈ (MSME) రంగ బలోపేతానికి రూ.1.64 లక్షల కోట్లు కేటాయిస్తూ నాబార్డు ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేసింది. ముఖ్యంగా హార్టికల్చర్లో రాయలసీమ, ప్రకాశం జిల్లాలకు రూ.5,313 కోట్లు ప్రత్యేకంగా కేటాయించడం జరిగింది.
హార్టికల్చర్ ఉత్పత్తులే లక్ష్యం – సీఎం చంద్రబాబు: రుణ ప్రణాళిక విడుదల సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి మాట్లాడుతూ.. రాష్ట్రం ఏడాదికి 450 లక్షల మెట్రికల్ టన్నుల హార్టికల్చర్ ఉత్పత్తులను సాధించాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక ప్రగతిలో హార్టికల్చర్, ఆక్వాకల్చర్ కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్నాయని, బ్యాంకులతో పాటు నాబార్డు కూడా ప్రభుత్వ ఆలోచనలకు పూర్తి సహకారం అందించాలని కోరారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో నాబార్డు సీజీఎం ఎం.ఆర్. గోపాల్, జీఎం కెవిఎస్ ప్రసాద్తో పాటు పలు బ్యాంకుల ప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Amaravati, May 5: Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu unveiled the NABARD State Focus Paper for the financial year 2026-27 on Tuesday. Titled Chandrababu Naidu NABARD Credit Plan AP 2026-27, the document outlines a massive credit potential of ₹5,11,491 crore for the priority sectors in Andhra Pradesh. This reflects a significant 20% increase from the previous year’s estimate of ₹4.24 lakh crore.
Focus on Agriculture and MSMEs: Out of the total credit plan, a substantial ₹2.55 lakh crore has been earmarked for the agriculture sector. This includes ₹1.66 lakh crore for crop loans, ₹34,972 crore for animal husbandry, and ₹21,098 crore for the fisheries sector. To boost local entrepreneurship and industrial growth, the plan allocates ₹1.64 lakh crore specifically for MSMEs. Furthermore, ₹9,957 crore is assigned for agricultural infrastructure, emphasizing the government’s commitment to modernizing farming.
Targeting Global Leadership in Horticulture: During the event, CM Chandrababu Naidu emphasized that the state aims to produce 450 lakh metric tonnes of horticulture products annually. He highlighted that horticulture and aquaculture are the twin engines of AP’s economic growth and urged NABARD and various banking institutions to extend full support to the state’s developmental goals. The release event was attended by NABARD CGM M.R. Gopal, GM K.V.S. Prasad, and representatives from SBI, Canara Bank, SLBC, and APCOB.
