AP Heatwave Alert ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో ఎండలు తీవ్రరూపం దాల్చాయి. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు ప్రమాదకర స్థాయికి చేరుకోవడంతో ప్రజలు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా పల్నాడు జిల్లా పిడుగురాళ్లలో అత్యధికంగా 47.6 డిగ్రీల సెల్సియస్ ఉష్ణోగ్రత నమోదవడం ఆందోళన కలిగిస్తోంది.
రాష్ట్రంలోని 11 జిల్లాల్లో 46 డిగ్రీలకు పైగా ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదైనట్లు వాతావరణ శాఖ అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు. పెరుగుతున్న ఉష్ణోగ్రతల నేపథ్యంలో ప్రభుత్వం అప్రమత్తమైంది. నేడు రాష్ట్రంలోని 15 జిల్లాలకు రెడ్ అలర్ట్ జారీ చేయగా, మరో 13 జిల్లాలకు ఆరెంజ్ అలర్ట్ ప్రకటించారు.
ప్రజలు అత్యవసర పరిస్థితులు తప్ప మధ్యాహ్న సమయంలో బయటకు రావొద్దని అధికారులు హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా ఉదయం 11 గంటల నుంచి సాయంత్రం 4 గంటల వరకు ఎండ తీవ్రత అత్యధికంగా ఉండే అవకాశం ఉందని సూచించారు.

వేడి ప్రభావం.. ఆరోగ్యంపై తీవ్ర ముప్పు
తీవ్ర ఎండల కారణంగా వృద్ధులు, చిన్నపిల్లలు, గర్భిణీలు, బయట పనులు చేసే కార్మికులు ప్రత్యేక జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని వైద్య నిపుణులు సూచిస్తున్నారు. హీట్ స్ట్రోక్, డీహైడ్రేషన్, అలసట, తలనొప్పి వంటి సమస్యలు పెరిగే ప్రమాదం ఉందని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు.
ప్రజలు ఎక్కువగా నీరు తాగడం, తేలికపాటి ఆహారం తీసుకోవడం, నేరుగా ఎండలో తిరగకుండా ఉండడం అవసరమని అధికారులు సూచిస్తున్నారు. అత్యవసర పరిస్థితుల్లో మాత్రమే బయటకు రావాలని, బయటకు వచ్చినప్పుడు తల కప్పుకోవాలని, పిల్లలను వాహనాల్లో ఒంటరిగా వదిలిపెట్టవద్దని హెచ్చరికలు జారీ చేశారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రస్తుత వాతావరణ పరిస్థితులు మరో రెండు మూడు రోజులు కొనసాగవచ్చని వాతావరణ నిపుణులు అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు. దీంతో ప్రభుత్వం జిల్లా యంత్రాంగాలను అప్రమత్తం చేసింది.
Severe Heatwave Grips Andhra Pradesh
Andhra Pradesh is witnessing intense heatwave conditions as temperatures continue to rise across the state. Palnadu district’s Piduguralla recorded a scorching 47.6°C, making it one of the hottest locations in the region.
According to weather officials, temperatures crossed 46°C in at least 11 districts, prompting authorities to issue serious warnings. The state government has declared Red Alert in 15 districts and Orange Alert in another 13 districts due to the worsening heat conditions.
Officials have advised people to avoid stepping outdoors between 11 AM and 4 PM unless absolutely necessary, as heat intensity is expected to remain extremely high during these hours.
Health Risks Rise Amid Extreme Temperatures
Medical experts warn that severe heat exposure can lead to dehydration, heat stroke, fatigue, dizziness, and other health complications. Elderly citizens, children, pregnant women, and outdoor workers are considered most vulnerable during the ongoing heatwave.
Authorities are advising residents to stay hydrated, avoid direct sunlight, wear protective clothing, and minimize outdoor activity during peak afternoon hours. Parents have also been warned not to leave children unattended inside vehicles.
Weather experts predict that the extreme heat conditions may continue for the next few days, keeping district administrations on high alert across Andhra Pradesh.
