ట్రాఫిక్ బ్యూరో ఏర్పాటు: ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశాల నేపథ్యంలో డీజీపీ సి.వి. ఆనంద్ ఉన్నత స్థాయి సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ట్రాఫిక్ నిర్వహణను పర్యవేక్షించేందుకు అడిషనల్ డీజీపీ నేతృత్వంలో ప్రత్యేక ‘ట్రాఫిక్ బ్యూరో’ను ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నట్లు ప్రకటించారు. ఇకపై వీఐపీ కాన్వాయ్ వెళ్లే సమయంలో వాహనాలను పూర్తిగా ఆపకుండా, సింగిల్ లైన్ పద్ధతిలో క్రమబద్ధీకరించాలని క్షేత్రస్థాయి అధికారులకు సూచించారు. ఈ నిర్ణయం పట్ల సామాన్య వాహనదారులు హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.

New Traffic Management Policy: In response to the CM’s directives, the Telangana Police is set to establish a dedicated ‘Traffic Bureau’ headed by an Additional DGP to manage VIP movements scientifically. DGP C.V. Anand held a video conference with all Police Commissioners and SIs, instructing them to prepare alternative routes in advance and avoid total roadblocks. The shift from “clearing roads” to “managing flow” marks a significant change in the state’s VIP security protocol, prioritizing public convenience over traditional convoy privileges.
