Key demands, including the full implementation of the RTC merger with the government and the conduct of trade union elections, have been addressed. The minister emphasized that the government is committed to strengthening the institution while ensuring staff welfare. Additionally, a ₹10 lakh insurance scheme in partnership with Union Bank of India has been introduced for all RTC staff members, marking a new chapter in employee security.
