వికారాబాద్లో రైతులకు అందని Rythu Bharosa: ఆలస్యంగా సాయం!
వికారాబాద్ జిల్లాలో రైతుల కష్టాలు తీరడం లేదు. యాసంగి సీజన్కు సంబంధించిన Rythu Bharosa పెట్టుబడి సాయం అందడంలో జాప్యం జరుగుతుండటంతో అన్నదాతలు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే నెల రోజులు గడుస్తున్నా, ఇంకా పూర్తిస్థాయిలో రైతులకు సాయం అందలేదు.
ప్రభుత్వం ఎకరాల వారీగా నిధులను విడుదల చేస్తున్నప్పటికీ, జిల్లాలో లక్షలాది మంది రైతులు ఇప్పటికీ తమ ఖాతాల్లో డబ్బులు జమ కావాలని ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారు. కేవలం అరవై శాతం మందికి మాత్రమే ప్రస్తుతం సాయం అందింది.
ఖరీఫ్ ముంచుకొస్తున్నా రబీ సాయమేదీ?
జిల్లాలో మొత్తం 3.27 లక్షల మంది అర్హులైన రైతులు ఉండగా, ఇప్పటివరకు కేవలం రెండు ఎకరాలలోపు రైతులకు మాత్రమే నగదు జమ అయ్యింది. మిగిలిన 2.8 లక్షల మంది రైతులకు రూ.155.25 కోట్ల నిధులు రావాల్సి ఉంది. ఈ ప్రక్రియ ఇలాగే సాగితే, పంటలు సాగు చేసే సమయానికి కూడా సాయం అందేలా లేదని రైతులు ఆందోళన చెందుతున్నారు.
అర్హులైన వారందరికీ నిధులు విడుదల చేసేందుకు వ్యవసాయ శాఖ అధికారులు బిల్లులు సిద్ధం చేసి ట్రెజరీకి పంపారు. అయితే, ఖరీఫ్ పంటలు సమీపిస్తున్న తరుణంలో రబీ సాయం కూడా పూర్తిస్థాయిలో అందకపోవడంపై విమర్శలు వ్యక్తమవుతున్నాయి. ప్రభుత్వాలు మారినా రైతుల కష్టాలు మాత్రం తీరడం లేదని రైతులు వాపోతున్నారు.
Rythu Bharosa Payment Delay in Vikarabad
Farmers in Vikarabad district are facing significant hardships as the Rythu Bharosa investment support for the Yasangi season is being delayed. Despite a month having passed, many farmers have yet to receive their promised financial assistance, causing widespread frustration.
Although the government has been releasing funds based on land holding size, lakhs of farmers are still waiting for the money to be deposited into their accounts. Currently, only about 60% of the eligible farmers have received the benefits, leaving a large portion of the agricultural community in distress.
Concerns Over Kharif Season Preparation
Out of the 3.27 lakh eligible farmers in the district, the funds have reached only those with less than two acres of land so far. Approximately 2.8 lakh farmers are still awaiting the release of Rs 155.25 crore. Farmers are expressing concern that if this slow pace continues, they will not receive the aid in time for the next cultivation cycle.
While agriculture department officials have processed the bills and submitted them to the treasury, the delay continues. With the Kharif season fast approaching, farmers are criticizing the situation, stating that the lack of timely support is severely impacting their ability to prepare for the upcoming crop cycle.
