హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణలోని నిరుద్యోగులకు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం మరో భారీ శుభవార్త చెప్పింది. ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ ప్రక్రియలో జాప్యాన్ని నివారించేందుకు మరియు అభ్యర్థులకు ప్రిపరేషన్ కోసం తగిన సమయం ఇచ్చేలా తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ (TGPSSC) కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఇకపై ప్రతినెలా కనీసం ఒక నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసేలా TGPSSC Monthly Notification Plan 2026 కు శ్రీకారం చుట్టింది.

2,500 పోస్టులకు త్వరలోనే నోటిఫికేషన్లు: ఆర్థిక శాఖ నుంచి ఇప్పటికే క్లియరెన్స్ పొందిన సుమారు 2,500 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి టీజీపీఎస్సీ కసరత్తు వేగవంతం చేసింది. ఇందులో భాగంగా ఇప్పటికే పొల్యూషన్ కంట్రోల్ బోర్డులో అసిస్టెంట్ సైంటిస్ట్ పోస్టుల నోటిఫికేషన్ వెలువడగా, ఈ నెల 27 నుంచి దరఖాస్తుల ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభం కానుంది. వీటితో పాటు టౌన్ ప్లానింగ్, అగ్రికల్చర్ ఆఫీసర్లు, వివిధ శాఖల్లో అసిస్టెంట్ ఇంజినీర్ (AE) పోస్టులు, విద్యాశాఖలో డిప్యూటీ ఈఓలు, డైట్ లెక్చరర్ల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి కమిషన్ సిద్ధంగా ఉంది. ఆర్టీసీ, సివిల్ సప్లై విభాగాల్లోని ఖాళీలను కూడా ఈ నెలవారీ విధానంలోనే భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు.
పరీక్షల నిర్వహణలో కొత్త వ్యూహం: కేవలం నోటిఫికేషన్లు ఇవ్వడమే కాకుండా, పరీక్షల నిర్వహణలోనూ అభ్యర్థుల సౌలభ్యం కోసం టీజీపీఎస్సీ కొత్త విధానాన్ని అనుసరించబోతోంది. యూపీఎస్సీ (UPSC), ఎస్ఎస్సీ (SSC) వంటి జాతీయ స్థాయి పరీక్షల తేదీలతో క్లాష్ అవ్వకుండా పరీక్షల షెడ్యూల్ను రూపొందించనుంది. దీనివల్ల నిరుద్యోగులు ఒకే సమయంలో రెండు పరీక్షలకు ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా హాజరయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చినప్పటి నుండి ఇప్పటివరకు సుమారు 70 వేలకు పైగా ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేసిన రేవంత్ సర్కార్, మిగిలిన ఖాళీలను కూడా త్వరితగతిన నింపడమే లక్ష్యంగా ముందుకు సాగుతోంది.

Hyderabad: In a major boost to job aspirants in the state, the Revanth Reddy-led Telangana government has unveiled a streamlined recruitment strategy. To eliminate delays and provide clarity to candidates, the Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSSC) has launched the TGPSSC Monthly Notification Plan 2026. Under this innovative approach, the commission aims to release at least one job notification every month.
Clearance for 2,500 Vacancies: The Finance Department has already granted clearance for approximately 2,500 posts across various departments. TGPSSC is currently drafting the schedules for these vacancies. While the notification for Assistant Scientists in the Pollution Control Board has already been released (applications starting April 27), several other key recruitments are in the pipeline. These include Town Planning Officers, Agriculture Officers, Assistant Engineers (AE), and various academic roles like Deputy EOs and DIET Lecturers. Additionally, vacancies in the RTC and Civil Supplies departments will also be filled through this monthly cycle.
Strategic Exam Scheduling: A key highlight of the new policy is the alignment of state exams with national-level calendars. TGPSSC will design its exam schedules by considering the dates of UPSC and SSC exams to ensure that candidates do not face overlapping schedules. This proactive measure will allow aspirants to appear for multiple competitive exams without stress. Having already filled over 70,000 posts through various boards since assuming power, the Congress government is committed to filling the remaining vacancies rapidly through this systematic monthly notification model.
