డీలిమిటేషన్‌లో తేడా వస్తే అల్లకల్లోలమే: స్టాలిన్

MK Stalin Delimitation Warning కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టదలచిన నియోజకవర్గాల పునర్ వ్యవస్థీకరణ (Delimitation) ప్రక్రియపై తమిళనాడు ముఖ్యమంత్రి, డీఎంకే అధినేత ఎం.కె. స్టాలిన్ తీవ్రస్థాయిలో విరుచుకుపడ్డారు. ఈ వ్యవహారంలో కేంద్రం అవలంబిస్తున్న గోప్యత అనేక అనుమానాలకు తావిస్తోందని మండిపడ్డారు. మంగళవారం ‘ఎక్స్’ (ట్విట్టర్) వేదికగా విడుదల చేసిన వీడియో సందేశంలో కేంద్రానికి ఘాటు హెచ్చరికలు జారీ చేశారు.

డీలిమిటేషన్ ప్రక్రియ ద్వారా తమిళనాడుకు అన్యాయం జరిగినా, ఉత్తరాది రాష్ట్రాలకు రాజకీయంగా అదనపు లబ్ధి చేకూర్చేలా స్థానాలను పెంచినా ఏమాత్రం సహించబోమని స్టాలిన్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. అవసరమైతే ఊహించని రీతిలో ఆందోళనలకు దిగుతామని, రాష్ట్రమంతటినీ స్తంభింపజేస్తామని హెచ్చరించారు. డీఎంకే సహా ఏ రాజకీయ పార్టీని, ఏ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని సంప్రదించకుండా మోదీ సర్కారు ఏకపక్షంగా ఈ ప్రక్రియను ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్తోందని దుయ్యబట్టారు.

గోప్యత వెనక మర్మమేమిటి?

“డీలిమిటేషన్ కోసం మరో రెండు రోజుల్లో పార్లమెంటు ప్రత్యేక సమావేశాలు జరగనున్నాయి. కానీ, ఈ ప్రక్రియను ఎలా నిర్వహిస్తారనేది ఎవరికీ తెలియదు. పార్లమెంటులో ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్న రాజ్యాంగ సవరణ బిల్లు గురించి ఎలాంటి సమాచారం లేదు. ఇంతటి గోప్యత వెనక మర్మమేమిటి? దక్షిణాది రాష్ట్రాలకు కచ్చితంగా ప్రమాదం ఉందన్న అనుమానాలకు కేంద్రం తీరు బలం చేకూరుస్తోంది. దక్షిణాది ప్రజల్లో తీవ్ర ఆందోళన నెలకొంది,” అని స్టాలిన్ పేర్కొన్నారు.

1950ల నాటి ఉద్యమ స్ఫూర్తిని రుచి చూపిస్తాం

తమిళనాడు, పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్‌లలో ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియ కొనసాగుతున్న తరుణంలో పార్లమెంటు ప్రత్యేక సమావేశాలను బలవంతంగా నిర్వహిస్తున్నారని స్టాలిన్ ఆరోపించారు. కండబలంతో డీలిమిటేషన్‌పై రాజ్యాంగ సవరణకు ఆమోదం పొంది, ఆ నిర్ణయాన్ని దక్షిణాది రాష్ట్రాలపై రుద్దేందుకు కేంద్రం ప్రయత్నిస్తోందని మండిపడ్డారు. ఇది ప్రజాస్వామ్యంపై, రాష్ట్రాల హక్కులపై జరుగుతున్న పెను దాడి అని అభివర్ణించారు.

ఎన్నికల బిజీలో ఉండి డీలిమిటేషన్‌ను పట్టించుకోమని భావించవద్దని కేంద్రానికి హెచ్చరించారు. “తమిళనాడు సీఎంగానే కాకుండా డీఎంకే ఉద్యమ నేతగా చెబుతున్నా.. మాకు అన్యాయం జరిగితే గతంలో ఎన్నడూ చూడని తమిళనాడును చూస్తారు. 1950లు, 60ల నాటి డీఎంకే ఉద్యమ స్ఫూర్తిని మరోసారి రుచి చూపిస్తాం,” అని స్టాలిన్ తేల్చిచెప్పారు.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the lack of transparency regarding the proposed amendment has deepened suspicions across all southern states. He stated that the DMK would not remain a silent spectator to an “assault on democracy and federalism.” Invoking the legacies of C.N. Annadurai and M. Karunanidhi, Stalin clarified that this was a “final warning” to the Prime Minister. He vowed that every family in Tamil Nadu would take to the streets, reviving the militant spirit of past Dravidian protests to protect the state’s political identity.
