She accused the BRS social media wing of spreading baseless allegations and trying to tarnish her public image. BRS supporters took to social media, alleging that the phones were bought at prices higher than market rates to earn commissions. Refuting these claims, the Minister clarified that each phone was procured for ₹11,650 through a transparent process.
She stated that some individuals are unable to digest the transparent governance of the Congress and are resorting to character assassination. Minister Seethakka emphasized that she has maintained an unblemished record in her political career and will not tolerate any attempts to defame her.
