ఈ భారీ పెట్టుబడులను క్షేత్రస్థాయిలోకి తీసుకెళ్లేందుకు వీలుగా పర్యావరణ, విద్యుత్, నీరు, రహదారులు వంటి అన్ని రకాల అనుమతులను సింగిల్ పోర్టల్ (Single Portal Dashboard) ద్వారా వేగంగా అందించాలని సీఎం ఆదేశించారు. భూ కేటాయింపుల్లో పర్యాటక (Tourism) ప్రాజెక్టులకు మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత, ఐటీ కంపెనీలకు రెండో ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఐటీ రంగ కంపెనీలు తమ కార్యకలాపాలను కేవలం 18 నెలల్లోనే ప్రారంభించేలా మానిటరింగ్ చేయాలన్నారు. గడిచిన 30 ఏళ్లుగా ఏపీలో భూసేకరణ వివాదాలు లేవని గుర్తుచేసిన సీఎం.. రైతులు, పరిశ్రమలు, ప్రభుత్వానికి ముగ్గురికీ ప్రయోజనం చేకూరేలా భూసేకరణ ప్రక్రియ పారదర్శకంగా సాగాలన్నారు. బీపీసీఎల్ (BPCL) ప్రాజెక్టుకు అవసరమైన 3,000 ఎకరాల్లో 2,000 ఎకరాల భూమి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ను కేవలం మూడు రోజుల్లో పూర్తి చేసిన అధికారులను ఈ సందర్భంగా సీఎం అభినందించారు.

• టెంపుల్ టూరిజం సర్క్యూట్: ఏపీలోని 21 ప్రధాన పుణ్యక్షేత్రాలను కలుపుతూ ప్రత్యేక టెంపుల్ టూరిజం ప్రాజెక్టును వేగవంతం చేయనున్నారు.
• గ్రీన్ ఎనర్జీ రికార్డు: రాష్ట్రం నిర్దేశించుకున్న 160 గిగావాట్ల గ్రీన్ ఎనర్జీ ఉత్పత్తి లక్ష్యంలో భాగంగా.. ఇప్పటికే 99 గిగావాట్ల విద్యుత్ ప్రాజెక్టులు వివిధ నిర్మాణ దశల్లో (Construction Stage) ఉన్నాయని అధికారులు తెలిపారు.
• ఫుడ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్ & షిప్ బిల్డింగ్: డిసెంబర్ 2027 నాటికి 46 ఫుడ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్ యూనిట్లు ఉత్పత్తి ప్రారంభించాలని, అలాగే నౌకా నిర్మాణ రంగం (Ship Building), ఇన్‌ల్యాండ్ వాటర్ వేస్ ప్రాజెక్టులను వేగంగా పూర్తి చేయాలని సీఎం స్పష్టం చేశారు.

• Suryalanka “Goa Plus” Overhaul: The historical beachfront of Suryalanka in Bapatla is scheduled to undergo an international transformation modeled as a “Goa Plus” destination, supported by a dedicated Bapatla Master Plan.
• Spiritual Tourism Integration: A specialized Temple Tourism Circuit linking 21 prominent religious shrines across Andhra Pradesh is being fast-tracked to capture cultural hospitality markets.
• Green Energy Baseline: Against the state’s ambitious clean power production target of 160 GW, administrative officials verified that 99 GW capacity green energy installations are already transitioning through structural construction phases.
