రెండేళ్లలోనే రూ.505 కోట్ల సాయం – పెరిగిన లబ్ధిదారులు: కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ఎన్నికల మేనిఫెస్టోలో ఇచ్చిన హామీ మేరకు గత ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన రూ.10,000 సాయాన్ని ఏకంగా రూ.20,000 కు పెంచింది. రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితి క్లిష్టంగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ, బలహీన వర్గాల సంక్షేమానికే ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తూ గత ఏడాది 1,21,433 కుటుంబాలకు రూ.243 కోట్లు అందించగా, ఈ ఏడాది అదనంగా లబ్ధిదారుల సంఖ్య పెరిగి 1.30 లక్షల కుటుంబాలకు రూ.262 కోట్లు అందుతున్నాయి. దీనివల్ల కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన ఈ రెండేళ్లలోనే మత్స్యకారులకు వేట విరామ సమయంలో రూ.505 కోట్ల భారీ సహాయాన్ని అందించి తన చిత్తశుద్ధిని చాటుకుంది.

Despite navigating strict fiscal challenges, the administration prioritized backward community integration, disbursing Rs 243 crore to 1,21,433 families in the previous cycle. With the inclusion of more eligible families in 2026, the cumulative direct benefit transfer over the past two years has touched an unprecedented Rs 505 crore, cementing absolute transparency through digital banking architectures.
Expedited Ex-Gratia Settlement & Alternative Livelihoods: In tandem with seasonal relief, the state fisheries department has streamlined insurance pipelines for families of fishermen who lost their lives at sea. The government successfully settled 63 claims worth Rs 3.15 crore in 2024-25 and cleared 113 pending claims worth Rs 5.65 crore in the 2025-26 fiscal frame. To further stabilize coastal household economics, the government is actively funding high-yield Seaweed cultivation projects along the shoreline. Following his address at the Prajavedika public venue, Chief Minister Naidu is scheduled to hold an interactive community session with local fishermen families before reviewing regional party frameworks later in the afternoon.
