క్యూర్, ప్యూర్, రేర్ – అభివృద్ధి నమూనా: రాష్ట్ర సమగ్రాభివృద్ధి కోసం సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డి సరికొత్త వ్యూహాన్ని అమలు చేస్తున్నారు:
- క్యూర్ (CURE): ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు (ORR) వరకు ఉన్న ప్రాంతం. ఇక్కడ సర్వీస్ సెక్టార్ను అభివృద్ధి చేస్తారు.
- ప్యూర్ (PURE): ORR బయట, రీజనల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు (RRR) లోపల ఉన్న ప్రాంతం. ఇక్కడ మ్యాన్యుఫాక్చరింగ్ సెక్టార్పై దృష్టి పెడతారు.
- రేర్ (RARE): రీజనల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు బయట ఉన్న ప్రాంతం. దీనిని అగ్రికల్చర్ సెక్టార్గా గుర్తించి అభివృద్ధి ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించారు.
హైదరాబాద్ ట్రాఫిక్ ఫ్రీ సిటీ: హైదరాబాద్ నగరాన్ని ట్రాఫిక్ మరియు సిగ్నల్ ఫ్రీగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు ‘అండర్ పాస్, సర్ఫేస్, ఎలివేటెడ్’ అనే మూడు స్థాయిల విధానాన్ని తీసుకురానున్నట్లు సీఎం తెలిపారు. కేవలం రోడ్ల విస్తరణే కాకుండా, మల్టీ ట్రాన్స్పోర్ట్ సిస్టమ్ మరియు మల్టీ లెవల్ పార్కింగ్ కేంద్రాలను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నట్లు వివరించారు. అలాగే, మెట్రో రైల్ రెండో దశ ప్రాజెక్టును కేంద్రం సిఫార్సు చేయాలని కమిటీకి విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
మూసీ పునరుజ్జీవం – సంస్కృతి అనుసంధానం: మూసీ నది పునరుజ్జీవనం ప్రాజెక్టును అత్యంత ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు సీఎం చెప్పారు. ఒక నదిని పునరుజ్జీవం చేయడం దేశంలోనే మొదటి విప్లవాత్మక నిర్ణయమని కమిటీ చైర్మన్ మాగుంట శ్రీనివాసులు రెడ్డి ప్రశంసించారు. నగరంలో కాలుష్య నియంత్రణకు గానూ ఎలక్ట్రిక్ బస్సులను ప్రవేశపెట్టడంతో పాటు, ఆటోలకు ఉచితంగా ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాలుగా మార్చే ‘రెట్రో ఫిట్టింగ్’ ప్రక్రియను చేపడతామని సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డి వెల్లడించారు.

During a meeting with the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Housing and Urban Affairs at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Secretariat, he unveiled the CM Revanth Reddy Telangana Rising 2047 Master Plan. - Rare: Areas beyond the RRR designated as the Agricultural Sector. This strategic division aims to decentralize growth and ensure sustainable development across all sectors by 2047.
Musi Rejuvenation and Public Transport: The Parliamentary Standing Committee expressed great interest in the Musi Riverfront Rejuvenation project. Chairman Magunta Sreenivasulu Reddy lauded it as a revolutionary step, noting it as a first-of-its-kind initiative in India to breathe life back into a river. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy further urged the committee to recommend Phase 2 of the Hyderabad Metro Rail to the Central Government. To tackle pollution, the government is introducing electric buses and offering free retrofitting for autos to convert them into electric vehicles within the ‘Cure’ zone. The vision document highlights Telangana’s commitment to becoming a global hub for innovation and green energy.
