సైబర్ సెక్యూరిటీ మరియు డేటా భద్రతపై శిక్షణ: నేటి సెషన్లలో ప్రధానంగా ప్రభుత్వ డేటాను సైబర్ దాడుల నుండి ఎలా రక్షించుకోవాలనే అంశంపై నిపుణులు మంత్రులకు అవగాహన కల్పించారు. డేటా లీక్ కాకుండా తీసుకోవాల్సిన ముందస్తు జాగ్రత్తలు, భద్రతా లోపాలను గుర్తించి వెంటనే సరిదిద్దే విధానాలపై లోతైన చర్చ జరిగింది. ముఖ్యంగా ‘టేబుల్ టాప్ ఎక్సర్సైజ్’ (Table Top Exercise) ద్వారా అత్యవసర లేదా క్లిష్ట పరిస్థితులు ఎదురైనప్పుడు ప్రభుత్వం ఎలా స్పందించాలి, నిర్ణయాలు ఎలా తీసుకోవాలనే అంశంపై మంత్రులకు ప్రాక్టికల్ శిక్షణ ఇచ్చారు.
బృంద స్ఫూర్తితో సమస్యల పరిష్కారం: ఈ శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమంలో డాక్టర్ ప్రవీణ్ కుమార్ మంత్రులకు దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు. ఏదైనా సంక్షోభం ఎదురైనప్పుడు వివిధ శాఖల మంత్రులు సమన్వయంతో, బృంద స్ఫూర్తితో ఎలా పని చేయాలి అనే అంశంపై ప్రత్యేక సెషన్ నిర్వహించారు. రాష్ట్ర సర్వతోముఖాభివృద్ధికి మరియు పారదర్శక పాలనకు ఈ అంతర్జాతీయ శిక్షణ ఎంతో దోహదపడుతుందని మంత్రులు ఆశాభావం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. సింగపూర్ పర్యటన ముగించుకుని మంత్రులు ఏప్రిల్ 27 రాత్రి తిరిగి ఏపీకి చేరుకోనున్నారు.

Leadership and Collaborative Governance: Under the guidance of Dr. Praveen Kumar, the session emphasized the importance of teamwork and inter-departmental coordination during administrative challenges. The ministers explored Singapore’s “Nation First” governance philosophy and its application in local problem-solving. Minister Vangalapudi Anitha noted that these insights into cyber safety and crisis management are vital for protecting citizen data in Andhra Pradesh. The week-long official tour is scheduled to conclude today, April 27, with the delegation returning to Amaravati tonight.
