తెలంగాణలో కొత్త భూముల విలువలు: మే నెల నుంచే అమల్లోకి!
తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక వనరులను బలోపేతం చేసే దిశగా కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఇకపై భూముల సవరణ విలువలు (Bhumula Savarana Viluvalu) మే నెల నుంచి అమలులోకి రానున్నట్లు డిప్యూటీ సీఎం భట్టి విక్రమార్క అధికారికంగా ప్రకటించారు.
ఆదాయాన్ని పెంపొందించడం, రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియలో పారదర్శకతను తీసుకురావడం లక్ష్యంగా ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్లు ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టం చేసింది. ఇప్పటికే సంబంధిత శాఖ అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించి, క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా అమలు చేయాలని ఆయన ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు.

భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ధరల సవరణతో పాటు, ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్తుల నిర్వహణలో కూడా మార్పులు తీసుకురానున్నారు. ప్రధానంగా రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ రంగంలో నెలకొన్న అనిశ్చితిని తొలగించి, పారదర్శకమైన లావాదేవీలు జరిగేలా చూడటమే ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన ఉద్దేశ్యం. మే నెల నుంచి ఈ కొత్త ధరలు అమలులోకి రానుండటంతో, రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ శాఖలో సన్నద్ధత వేగవంతమైంది. అధికారులు ఇప్పటికే కొత్త మార్గదర్శకాలను సిద్ధం చేసే పనిలో నిమగ్నమయ్యారు.
సంక్షేమ పథకాలకు అవసరమైన నిధుల సమీకరణకు ఈ చర్యలు దోహదపడతాయని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది. గతంలో పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న బకాయిలు మరియు ఇతర ఆదాయ వనరులపై కూడా భట్టి విక్రమార్క ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించారు. ప్రజలు కొత్త రేట్ల గురించి ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని, మార్కెట్ విలువలకు అనుగుణంగానే ఈ సవరణ ఉంటుందని ప్రభుత్వం సంకేతాలు ఇచ్చింది. ఆర్థిక క్రమశిక్షణతో కూడిన పరిపాలన అందించడమే తమ లక్ష్యమని డిప్యూటీ సీఎం పునరుద్ఘాటించారు.
