అభివృద్ధిలో వెనుకబడ్డ తమిళనాడు: ఒకప్పుడు దక్షిణాదికి కేంద్రంగా ఉన్న చెన్నై నగరం, ఇప్పుడు బెంగళూరు, హైదరాబాద్ వంటి నగరాలతో పోటీ పడలేకపోతోందని చంద్రబాబు ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. డీఎంకే పాలనలో శాంతి భద్రతలు క్షీణించాయని, డ్రగ్స్ సంస్కృతి పెరిగిందని ఆరోపించారు. కేంద్రం అందిస్తున్న నిధులతోనే చెన్నై రైల్వే స్టేషన్ ఆధునీకరణ, హై స్పీడ్ రైలు కారిడార్ వంటి ప్రాజెక్టులు సాకారమవుతున్నాయని, తమిళనాడులో ‘డబుల్ ఇంజన్ సర్కార్’ వస్తేనే బుల్లెట్ వేగంతో అభివృద్ధి జరుగుతుందని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. నదుల అనుసంధానం ద్వారా తమిళనాడు నీటి కష్టాలు తీర్చడం కూడా ఎన్డీఏతోనే సాధ్యమని సీఎం తేల్చి చెప్పారు.

On the linguistic front, he urged people to love their mother tongue but discard hatred for other languages, emphasizing that multi-linguism is a tool for global success.
Stagnation in Tamil Nadu: Naidu expressed concern over Chennai losing its competitive edge to cities like Hyderabad and Bengaluru. He attributed this stagnation to the DMK’s governance, citing a rise in custodial deaths, drug abuse, and a decline in law and order. Highlighting the Centre’s support, he mentioned the Chennai Railway Station modernization and the upcoming High-Speed Rail Corridor connecting Chennai, Bengaluru, and Amaravati. He called for a ‘Double Engine Sarkar’ to accelerate infrastructure projects like the interlinking of rivers (Ganga-Cauvery), which would ensure water security for the state. Naidu concluded by appealing to Tamil voters to support the NDA for a future-oriented and progressive administration.
