అమరావతి: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ను పరిశుభ్రమైన రాష్ట్రంగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ‘స్వర్ణాంధ్ర-స్వచ్ఛాంధ్ర’ పేరిట కీలక ప్రణాళికను సిద్ధం చేశారు. శుక్రవారం క్యాంపు కార్యాలయంలో నిర్వహించిన సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో Swarna Andhra Swachha Andhra 2026 లక్ష్యాల పురోగతిని ఆయన పరిశీలించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా జిల్లాల వారీగా స్వచ్ఛాంధ్ర ర్యాంకులను అధికారులు ప్రకటించగా, విశాఖపట్నం జిల్లా 92 శాతం మార్కులతో ప్రథమ స్థానంలో నిలిచింది. అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు (ASR) జిల్లా 53 శాతంతో అట్టడుగున నిలిచింది.

జూన్ కల్లా 100 శాతం చెత్త క్లియర్

రాష్ట్రంలోని మున్సిపాలిటీలు మరియు గ్రామాల్లో పేరుకుపోయిన చెత్తను ఈ ఏడాది జూన్ నాటికి 100 శాతం తొలగించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించారు. గతంలో వ్యర్థాలతో నిండిన డంపింగ్ యార్డులను ఇకపై అందమైన పార్కులుగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలని సూచించారు. “చెత్తను ఆదాయ వనరుగా మార్చాలి” అని పేర్కొంటూ, డిసెంబర్ కల్లా గోబర్ ధన్ ప్లాంట్లు సిద్ధం చేయాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. అలాగే మురుగునీటి సమస్య పరిష్కారానికి మ్యాజిక్ డ్రెయిన్లు మరియు సోక్ పిట్స్ నిర్మాణాన్ని వేగవంతం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.

పర్యావరణ హితమే లక్ష్యం

రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రస్తుతం 31.33 శాతంగా ఉన్న పచ్చదనాన్ని (Green Cover) 2030 నాటికి 37 శాతానికి, 2047 నాటికి 50 శాతానికి పెంచేలా దీర్ఘకాలిక ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలని సీఎం అధికారులకు దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు. ప్లాస్టిక్ నియంత్రణకు ‘స్వచ్ఛ రథాలు’, ‘గ్రీన్ షాపుల’ ద్వారా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు అధికారులు వివరించారు. ఈ ఏడాది సెప్టెంబర్ నాటికి రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని గ్రామాలను ఓడీఎఫ్ ప్లస్ (ODF Plus) మోడల్‌గా నిలపాలని చంద్రబాబు లక్ష్యంగా నిర్దేశించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రి నారాయణ మరియు ఇతర ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Amaravati: Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to implement a robust action plan to achieve the goals of Swarna Andhra Swachha Andhra 2026. During a review meeting held on Friday, the CM evaluated the cleanliness rankings of districts, where Visakhapatnam emerged as the leader with a 92% score, followed by Vizianagaram and Guntur. On the other hand, ASR district stood at the bottom with 53%.

100% Waste Clearance by June The Chief Minister set a firm deadline of June 2026 to clear 100% of accumulated waste across municipalities and rural areas. He emphasized transforming old dumping yards into lush green parks and developing circular economy parks across 590 acres in 10 districts. “Waste should be viewed as a source of income,” the CM noted, urging the completion of Gobar Dhan plants by December. He also instructed the integration of magic drains and community soak pits to resolve drainage issues and boost groundwater levels.

Vision for 50% Green Cover Focusing on environmental sustainability, CM Naidu laid out a roadmap to increase the state’s green cover from the current 31.33% to 37% by 2030 and 50% by 2047. The government aims to make every village in the state ODF Plus by September this year. The CM also highlighted the importance of clean hygiene kitchens in residential schools and the installation of solar rooftops. With the introduction of ‘Swachh Patham’ vehicles and green shops, the state is moving toward a Net Zero future under the Swachh Andhra initiative.
