తిరుమలలో TTD Central Office ఏర్పాటుకు సన్నాహాలు
తిరుమల శ్రీవారి దర్శనానికి వచ్చే భక్తులకు సేవలందించే అన్ని విభాగాలను ఒకే చోటికి చేర్చి, పరిపాలనను మరింత సులభతరం చేసేందుకు తిరుమలలో ఒక ప్రత్యేక TTD Central Office ఏర్పాటుకు టీటీడీ కసరత్తు చేస్తోంది. తిరుపతిలో ఉన్న ప్రధాన పరిపాలనా భవనం తరహాలోనే, కొండపై కూడా ఒక కేంద్రీకృత వ్యవస్థ ఉండాలని టీటీడీ అదనపు ఈఓ సీహెచ్. వెంకయ్య చౌదరి అధికారులతో కలిసి క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో స్థల పరిశీలన చేపట్టారు.
ప్రస్తుతం తిరుమలలో దర్శనం, వసతి, అన్నప్రసాదం, విజిలెన్స్ వంటి దాదాపు 97 స్వతంత్ర విభాగాలు వేర్వేరు ప్రాంతాల నుంచి పనిచేస్తున్నాయి. వీటిని సమన్వయం చేయడం మరియు భక్తుల సమస్యలను త్వరితగతిన పరిష్కరించడం ఈ కొత్త కార్యాలయ ఏర్పాటు ప్రధాన ఉద్దేశం. శ్రీవారి ఆలయానికి వెళ్లే ప్రధాన మార్గంలోని రాంభగీచా వసతి సముదాయం ఎదురుగా ఉన్న ఖాళీ స్థలం ఇందుకు అనువైనదిగా అధికారులు భావిస్తున్నారు.

ఈ భవనం అందుబాటులోకి వస్తే యాత్రికులు తమ ఫిర్యాదులు లేదా అవసరాల కోసం వివిధ కార్యాలయాల చుట్టూ తిరగాల్సిన అవసరం ఉండదు. అదనపు ఈఓ మరియు ఇతర ఉన్నతాధికారుల ఛాంబర్లు కూడా ఇక్కడే ఉండటం వల్ల క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పర్యవేక్షణ సులభతరం అవుతుంది. ముఖ్యంగా సిఫారసు లేఖల ద్వారా గదులు పొందే భక్తులకు మరియు సమాచార కేంద్రాల ద్వారా సేవలు పొందే వారికి ఇది ఎంతో మేలు చేకూరుస్తుంది.

To streamline services for devotees visiting Tirumala, TTD is planning to establish a dedicated TTD Central Office on the hills. Following the model of the administrative building in Tirupati, the TTD Additional EO, Ch. Venkaiah Chowdhary, recently inspected potential sites near the Rambagicha guest house complex to bring various departments under one roof.
Currently, 97 independent TTD wings, including Darshan, Accommodation, and Annaprasadam, operate from different locations in Tirumala. The proposed central building aims to centralize these services, allowing senior officials like the EO and Additional EO to monitor ground-level operations more effectively and ensure faster decision-making for pilgrim welfare.
New Administrative Infrastructure in Tirumala
The TTD Board has already passed a resolution regarding this project, recognizing that a centralized hub will eliminate the hurdles pilgrims face while visiting multiple offices for different needs. By housing vital departments such as Vigilance, Health, and Engineering in one location, the administration hopes to enhance coordination and service delivery.
Officials have scouted the vacant land opposite the Rambagicha bus stand as a primary site for this centralized hub. Once completed, this infrastructure will serve as a one-stop destination for pilgrim-related administrative tasks, significantly improving the overall experience for the thousands of devotees who visit the holy shrine daily.
